Refactor with ant design and TypeScript ( #51 )

Refactoring UI using ant design
This will allow us to move forward faster because of its popularity
We also rewrote the code in TypeScript,
we believe this is also a major step moving forward
with the project as it brings more struct and clear/clean code.
